DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship internationally. Our preferred international supplier is DHL. DHL Partner with your local Postal Service to complete your delivery. Express services are available, we would be happy to arrange a quote for you with DHL, please email us at customerservice@mojodownunder.com

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Orders are packed within 48 hours of your order, Monday to Friday, with average delivery times listed below

Within Australia

3-7 Business days for standard shipping via Australia Post.
1-3 business days for Australia Post Express.

International

8-12 business days for standard shipping via DHL

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

What if you change your mind, or you have selected the wrong size, or the item is faulty? Our returns policy is very simple! MOJO will gladly exchange/refund any item/s provided they are unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, within 7 days of purchase.

We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on all products purchased from MOJO. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.

All shipping charges are non refundable
