H2O equals a better workout! Maintaining a healthy 3L of water per day for men and 2L for women is key for optimum health. However, this is doubly important when you’re training because water helps prevent dehydration. Sydney PT and former NSW netballer Kristy Ferguson says, “Proper hydration improves the quality of your workout, helps reduce fatigue, recovery time and increases your level of satisfaction. Water also helps maintain energy levels and prevent cramps.”
